Workforce Guidance: Unemployment, Displaced Workers & Short-Term Placement, April 16 Webinar

On Thursday, April 16 at 3:00 pm, join the Augusta Metro Chamber for a valuable webinar that will provide information and guidance regarding current situations our workforce is facing.  Kersha Cartwright with the Georgia Department of Labor, Jason Kennedy of LOOP Recruiting, and Robbie Jalbert with Sitel will discuss unemployment claims, displaced workers, and short-term placement opportunities while evaluating the steps that are being taken to ensure stability for the future within our workforce.

 

Robbie Jalbert has been with Sitel for 21 years.  Currently, he is the Director of Business Development for Augusta, Georgia, and has over 20 years of experience developing and supporting fortune 500 companies with their customer journeys.

 

Jason Kennedy, one of Loop’s founding partners, brings 15 years of recruiting and HR experience to the company.  He is adept at responding to the recruiting and consulting needs of every business, from start-ups to established corporations.  His recruiting experience includes high-volume contract projects, professional direct hiring, and executive searches for c-level leaders.

 

Kersha Cartwright, Director of Communications for the Georgia Department of Labor, is the Georgia DOL spokeswoman offering answers to questions about the unemployment process, benefits and timing.  Do you have specific questions regarding unemployment you want answered during the webinar?
