The Augusta Metro Chamber is governed by a Board of Directors composed of 36 business and community leaders. An Executive Committee consisting of the 5 officers of the organization and 3 at-large members provide oversight of the operational activities of the organization. The Board of Directors provides policy, approval, and guidance to ensure that the interests of the members are served by the programs of the organization.
