A Deprescribing Workshop

Join us for an intimate and informative workshop led by Dr. DeLon Canterbury, a nationally recognized Pharmacist and Deprescribing Expert.

This three-hour workshop is an "Ask a Pharmacist" session, where we’ll explore commonly prescribed medications for Hypertension, Diabetes, Dementia, and High Cholesterol, with a focus on:

✔️ Empowering families and caregivers to ask the right healthcare questions

✔️ Exploring safer, more personalized treatment options through deprescribing

​Attendees will be invited to engage in an open discussion about medication safety, common concerns around side effects, and ways to advocate for clearer, more effective treatment with their healthcare providers.
