View Event The Ten-Miler is a competition to test your endurance and will be in support of the Fort Eisenhower Strong B.A.N.D.S (Balance- Activity- Nutrition- Determination- Strength) program. Army installations world-wide are banding together for the annual Strong B.A.N.D.S. campaign in recognition of "National Physical Fitness and Sports Month" during the month of May. Participants will be given Strong B.A.N.D.S. wristbands that symbolize the community's commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
