Then, the Health and Wellness Fair was made for you! This event brings awareness to our Fort Eisenhower service members, families and the surrounding area about how to live a healthier lifestyle. The event will feature informative booths, and interactive demonstrations. There will also be cooking demonstrations, fitness demos, and door prizes. It's sure to be fun for the whole family.
