Melissa Furman currently serves as the Assistant Dean at the James M. Hull College of Business at Augusta University. She is a visiting faculty member for multiple leadership development programs and has facilitated workshops for corporate, non-profit, and government organizations; and founded Career Potential, LLC, a consulting firm that helps “individuals achieve and organizations succeed.” Melissa was recognized as a Top 10 in 10 Young Professional to Watch by the Augusta Metro Chamber, and nominated for Georgia Trend Magazine’s Top 40 under 40.
