During our November Women In Business Program, Peraton's Chief DE&I Officer Laila Salguero will give an overview of Peraton’ DE&I program, the Women’s Impact Network (WIN) Employee Resource Group and the initiatives/partnerships in place to increase the recruitment, career development and retention of women in STEM.

Laila Salguero serves as Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Officer and is responsible for working across Peraton’s sectors and functions to help align the company’s DE&I goals with measurable business outcomes. She is charged with establishing and executing programs that support enterprise DE&I efforts, including the company’s employee resource groups.

Prior to her current role, Laila served as Peraton’s vice president of corporate responsibility where she led the company’s ethics, compliance, quality, and risk management efforts. She previously served in a range of human resource leadership roles with aerospace, defense, national security, and government contracting companies. Laila earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Strayer University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University
