Deliberate controlled movement to build strength, balance, and flexibility. These classes generally have a peak pose that the instructor leads the students toward by building up to the pose. Eva incorporates mediation, breathwork, affirmations, mudras and mantras into her practice. She is a 500HR Certified Yoga Teacher and has been teaching in the area since 2022.
