Industry Councils

The Chamber’s Industry Councils are designed to meet the unique needs of their particular economic sectors. These councils consist of a committee of advisors comprised of the region's top business leaders, ensuring programming and offerings meet your needs as well as the needs of your business and your employees.

Customer Care Center Council (4C)

The 4C Council consists of companies that provide service operations, primarily telephone centers, in the CSRA. The council meets regularly to discuss issues and ideas affecting the customer care center industry, such as agent turnover and customer expectations.

Manufacturer’s Exchange

The Chamber's Manufacturer’s Exchange is comprised of representatives of area manufacturers who share common ground. The Exchange meets quarterly to share information about the needs and conditions within the manufacturing sector and to share best practices. Recently, the Exchange participated in a coalition headed by the Chamber to successfully oppose a proposed Energy Excise Tax on manufacturing in Augusta-Richmond County.
