'Cyber Charged Growth' at 110th Annual Meeting

The Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce their 110th Annual Meeting, presented by South State Bank, will focus on the ‘Cyber Charged Growth’ our region is experiencing. This year’s dinner event will be held on Thursday, March 1 and will include the traditional passing of the Chairman’s gavel, the year-in-review, recognition of the Chamber’s Board of Directors for their dedicated service and a special guest appearance by U.S. Congressman Rick Allen.

Rick W. Allen was elected to represent Georgia’s 12th District in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2014. Prior to his election to Congress, Rick spent his career starting and building his own business from the ground up. At the age of 25, he founded the construction company R.W. Allen & Associates, which has enhanced economic development in Georgia and created thousands of jobs in the Augusta and Athens communities for more than 35 years.

The Annual Meeting will take place in Olmstead at the Augusta Marriott Convention Center. Doors open at 6:00 pm with the dinner and program beginning at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $60 for Chamber members, $75 for prospective-members. Corporate tables are available. Advanced registration is required at augustametrochamber.com.
